Northern Power Futures: Disability and Accessibility Panel
Northern Power Futures was held at Manchester Central in November 2018 which hosted panels and workshops on issues such as the economy, technology, workplace culture and wellbeing.
Laura was asked to be on a panel called ‘Barriers to the physical and digital world’ alongside Clare Davidson and Barry Hill and hosted by Simon Thornton. The panel discussed what barriers there are to the physical and digital world, how we overcome them and what employers and organisations can do to become more inclusive.
It was brilliant to be on this panel and to hear from both Clare and Barry on their experiences and their advice.
