Co-founder and Partner at Ada Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in overlooked founders and overlooked markets. CEO and co-founder of Diversity VC, a non-profit promoting diversity and inclusion in Venture Capital and Tech.

What makes you smile?

A new notebook. Taking photographs. Playing any kind of sport.

What can we do to support others during this time?

Text people who you haven’t been in touch with for many years, send people physical letters in the post, do one surprising and kind thing for a stranger (for example buy the nest person in the queue’s coffee). Donate to organisations like The Trussell Trust tackling food poverty.

What have you been doing? (Any tips/ advice for isolation)

Get outside every day if you can, even for a few minutes. I’ve enjoyed exploring streets around where I live.

Who is your role model and why?

Alex Stobbs, my brother in law, for amazing resilience and fortitude in the face of adversity.
